School Development Plan and SEF

Our School Development Journey

At our school, we are committed to providing the very best education, care and opportunities for every child. We believe that schools should continually reflect on their strengths, celebrate successes and identify areas where they can improve further. This is why we use two important documents: our Self-Evaluation Form (SEF) and our School Development Plan (SDP).

Our SEF helps us evaluate how well we are currently performing across all aspects of school life, including teaching and learning, pupil achievement, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and inclusion. It allows us to recognise what is working well and identify where we can make further improvements.

Our SDP sets out the key priorities that we will focus on throughout the year. These priorities are designed to ensure that all pupils receive a high-quality education, enjoy coming to school, feel safe and valued, and are supported to achieve their full potential. The plan includes clear actions, timescales and success criteria so that leaders and governors can regularly monitor the impact of our work.

The views of our pupils, parents, staff, governors and the wider community play an important role in shaping our school improvement journey. We value your feedback and partnership as we work together to provide the best possible experiences and outcomes for every child.

We are proud of all that our school has achieved and remain ambitious for the future. Through ongoing reflection, collaboration and continuous improvement, we will continue to ensure that every child thrives academically, socially and emotionally.

Thank you for your continued support.

Together, we can help every child can grow and learn together.
